The 2018 CFOP Review Questionnaire

Five years have passed since the Community Forestry General Partnership entered into an agreement with the Province establishing the Cortes Island Community Forest. The first step was to engage the community in drafting the CFOP –  a document to identify the top priorities in how we approach the management of the community forest.

Now, we are seeking your participation in reviewing this guiding document so that it can best reflect the perspectives of the Cortes Island community for the next five years.

Give us your informed opinion!
First, review the current Community Forest Operating Plan and read the CFGP Operations Summary Up to July 2018.  Hard copies are available for review at the library, Manson’s Hall, and the Klahoose Multipurpose Building. Additional maps and documents can be found here.

Then, fill out the questionnaire. You can find the questionnaire attached here, and in your Cortes Island mailbox.
